Description
PlayClay Mats are a great way for children to exercise their fine motor skills alongside having a blast. Different finger muscles get used as the clay or play-doh gets kneaded, pinched, pressed and rolled. The double sided laminated PlayClay Mats are to be used with clay or play-doh (not included). PlayClay Mats have numbers 1-10 on one side and creative prompts on the other side. The number side reinforces counting, number recognition and number tracing. Roll balls of clay or play-doh, count them out and place them on the dots in the graphic as well as the number grid. Roll a long snake and place it on the number for number tracing and formation. The creative prompts side encourages open-ended play with imagination and creativity. Eg. Make the person into a fairy, a pirate or a boy enjoying the beach! Decorate your birthday cake with strawberries and candy! Go wherever your imagination takes you. Clean up is super easy since the mats are laminated. Simply put away the clay or play-doh and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
