Really disappointed from Hamleys for the first time. Never expected this from you guys. The main lock that holds the golf box is broken. You can’t even claim that it got broken while transport. It’s because someone did not perform a quality check before delivering. I’ll never order from here again and will pass on the info to my friends, relatives and known person.
