 The discounts shall be hereinafter referred to as “Offer”.

  1. This Offer is not applicable at Hamleys offline stores.
  2. Products bought using the Offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Delivery of products bought during this Offer will take 3 to 21 Working days owing to the huge number of orders expected. We will try our best to deliver as soon as possible.
  4. Some orders may be auto-cancelled owing to technical and logistical reasons. Please place the order again if the product is still available and see if it can be delivered.
  5. Unconditional discount codes for a specified monetary value cannot be clubbed with the Offer. However, it is clarified that no two discount codes can be clubbed in one order.
  6. Refunds for auto cancelled orders will be processed automatically and be refunded in the original mode of payment within 7 – 10 working days.

  11. Reliance Brands Limited shall not be held liable in the event, Reliance Brands Limited is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Offer due to reasons beyond its control (Force Majeure events)
